I stopped by Tim's Upholstery and had the pleasure of working with Mason, and I couldn't be more impressed. His knowledge, creativity, and engineering ability are absolutely incredible. No matter what you're trying to accomplish, Mason seems to find a way to make it happen. From convertible tops and custom seats to floor mats and specialty automotive projects, the quality of workmanship and attention to detail are second to none. The customer service was outstanding from the moment I walked in. Everyone was friendly, professional, and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. Their pricing is very fair, especially considering the level of craftsmanship and experience you're getting. It's hard to find businesses today that genuinely take pride in their work, but Tim's Upholstery definitely does. If you're looking for high-quality automotive upholstery or custom interior work, I highly recommend stopping by. You'll quickly see why they have such a great reputation.

Just had an amazingly positive experience at Tim’s Auto Upholstery. Only by chance, I stopped by to ask if they could help with water collecting inside one of my car doors. Immediately, Mason evaluated the problem, then spent 20+ minutes (on his hands and knees) completely resolving the issue, all the while patiently explaining how I could avoid a repetition of the problem in the future. When I asked what I owed, he said “no charge”. Nonetheless, I, of course, left him a small “tip”. I haven’t experienced this level of competent, efficient and kind service from an auto repair shop in decades, if ever. Kudos to Mason and Tim’s! BTW- I also checked out some of the ongoing upholstery work being performed on several classic cars. Everything looked fantastic!

Well, what else can be said about this amazing upholstery shop that has some of the best talent this side of the Mississippi that I’ve ever seen. They do things the traditional way here and by hand and continue to make sure that the customer is happy - even when the project is done. I recently had a tonneau cover modified to fit around a roll bar on a Miata and Mason was the rockstar in this amazing display of knowledge and craftsmanship. Will be back soon with my land cruiser for another project, but you owe it to yourself to go here first before you visit anybody else. And believe me I’ve been to other shops and left frustrated with jobs that were not to my expectations. Highly recommended.

I was disappointed in the final result of my headliner repair. When I called and spoke with the representative to obtain a quote on my replacement I was quoted $1200 so I agreed to bring my vehicle to this establishment. Once I arrived I was provided a different quote of $1400. They eventually agreed to go with the initial quote. The work was completed in 2-3 days. A day after completion I noticed the rear headliner was wrinkled and presented an unattractive appearance as if the fabric was dropping again. I returned the vehicle to see if the problem could be fixed and after being there for an hour, the appearance wasn’t much better. This is the first time I’ve invested this much money into service and was not satisfied with the outcome. When asked how we could fix the issue, I was told I had would have to pay additional $500 because it could not be done for free. I paid $1200 and didn’t receive what was promised. I pulled up today on my birthday, back killing me because a guy towed my car and messed up the driver seat to the point where it was hard for me to drive my vehicle, I was loss, and The guys over there at Tim Auto upholstery showed me so much love welcome me in, and surprised me with fixing my seat, I mean these guys are smart, anyone looking for good service, good hospitality, please pull up over there and ask for Tim he will get his smart techs on it, and they will make sure you leave like me smiling happy, man these guys made my day, on my birthday!! If I can give 10 stars, I would. Look at the pictures of my car below there was no way, I could have driven this car like this!!!Thank you all so much!! 😃🙏I would definitely recommend this shop for my upholstery needs and trust that these guys here, gonna get the job done, yawl go check them out tell them Delicia sent you!
